Prerequisite: None Co-requisite(s): METR-2100 METR-2200 METR- 2400 METR-2500 Students will begin transcribing acute care reports. Th is course includes all types of inpatient and emergency room medical records including radiology, pathology, discharge summaries, operative reports, emergency room reports, progress notes, physical therapy reports, cardiac catherizations, EEGs and all other hospital-generated records.
