Th e units of Cosmetology Th eory 2 include the following: draping and analyzing the hair and scalp, brushing, scalp manipulations and treatments, shampoos, rinses and conditioners, wet hair styling, thermal hair styling, haircutting, permanent waving, chemical hair relaxing and Nebraska State Board of Cosmetology Law, Rules & Regulations.
