Prerequisite: MATH-0160 and ACFS-0600R or Reading Placement Exam Co-requisite(s): CHEM-1500L Th is is an introductory course stressing concepts and qualitative understanding of the principles of chemistry. Th is course is designed for students requiring only one semester or one year of chemistry and is recommended for students in agriculture, forestry, home economics, nursing, environmental technology and other non-majors. It is not recommended for pre-engineering, pre-medicine, pre-dental, pre-pharmacy, or other majors requiring more than two semesters of chemistry. (4/45/30/0/0/5)
