Prerequisite: None Th is course is an entry level class into the auto body fi eld. Th e student will learn the diff erent methods of auto construction used by the auto manufacturer. It will cover the diff erent types of metals and plastics used in the industry today, the diff erent types of damage that happen in minor collisions, as well as everyday use. Th e student will learn diff erent methods of repair on sheet metal and plastics and the tools and safety precautions involved with the repair. Off ered fall semester only. (6/60/90/0/0/10)
