PrerequisiteProgram Admission The course will assist the students in developing an awareness and understanding of the fundamental legal issues regarding creditor rights, debtor relief and responsibility and trustee activities. Topics covered include client interviews and form preparation, as well as substantive and procedural aspects of the process from the paralegal's perspective. Creditor Rights and Debtor Relief explores the process of consumer and commercial bankruptcy will be examined.
