This course is designed to teach students how to develop an emergency response contingency plan for a facility or community. Emergency response components of HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response). Through case studies, students will analyze and apply the theory of Incident Command System (ICSfrom discovering a hazardous substance release to decontamination and termination procedures.
