This course is designed to perfect the studentscompetencies in performing dental assisting functions. Practice is provided in clinical chairside assisting in a dental setting. There is a one hour weekly seminar in conjunction with the field experience to integrate theoretical, laboratory, and clinical instruction and to provide opportunities for students to share their experiences.
