An elementary course in the essentials of Spanish, focusing on the fundamental four skills: listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing. Cultural awareness is promoted. Grammar focuses on conjugation of regular verbs, some irregular verbs (ser, estar, tener, ir, hacer). Vocabulary sets include numbers, days of the week, months, seasons, descriptive and possessive adjectives, nationalities, colors and time.
