The course is divided into fi ve major areas: Leadership, Physical Training, Map Reading, Written and Oral Communications, and Basic Tactical Skills to include a fi eld training exercise. The emphasis during Leadership Lab will be to teach the MILS II cadet drill and ceremonies and place the cadet in those situations which will develop his/her leadership ability, self-confi dence, and technical profi ciency.
