This course is designed to acquaint offi cers with all the current techniques in surveillance and counter-surveillance. The course will include foot surveillance, motor vehicle surveillance, and the use of air surveillance. The emphasis, however, will be on the use of technical electronic surveillance equipment. The course will consist of hands-on demonstrations, exercises, and practicums. This will not include telephone intercepts and non-consensual microphones. (Specialized Law Enforcement only)
