This course is designed to create departmental instructors in fi eld communication utilizing "Talking Hands." Each student willreceive two certifi cates: one for communicating with the deaf and hearing impaired and the second certifi cate will be for "Talking Hands" for the patrol offi cer. In addition, each student will receive two video tapes. (Specialized Law Enforcement only)
