This course provides an introduction to the basic skills utilized in data collection, health and physical assessment. The class focus will be on interviewing skills and systematic assessment of the physiological, psychological, sociological, cultural and spiritual health status of adult clients. The course provides the opportunity for application of theoretical knowledge and performance of health assessments with health individuals. PRE or COREQUISITE: BIOL 2020. 3 lecture hours per week.
