Hands-on course in designing and developing World Wide Web pages using HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). The course will cover HTML tags for text, images, links, lists, simple layouts, complex layouts, tables, frames, style, internal style sheets, and external style sheets. Basic issues in using graphics on the Web will also be covered. Prerequisite: CT 102
