Designed to prepare students for entry into the workforce as a computer technician. Students are provided intensive hands-on experience in the theory, operation, troubleshooting and remedial and preventative maintenance of microcomputers as used in the workplace today. This is the first in a series of courses designed to prepare students for diagnosing and repairing modern microcomputers as commonly used in the workplace. Emphasis will be placed on preparation for acquiring the A+ certification credential. ( 1,2,3)
