Nursing Seminars is a one-semester hour online course that examines the associate degree registered nurse as a member of the profession. Topics include but are not limited to: image and history of nursing profession, advocacy, legal and ethical issues, political issues, and career management. The role of the associate degree registered nurse as a member of the profession is further expanded. This online course is required for both tracks of the LPN to RN program. Corequisite is NSG 2408 & NSG 2414. Prerequisite is successful completion of NSG 2208, 2214, 2303, & 2313.
