This course is a follow-up course to PC Hardware II. Troubleshooting is a process that helps a user to find problems on a PC. An orderly process to troubleshooting should be used, based on the PC standards. Documentation is a very important part of the troubleshooting process. Students will develop the skill to document any PC problem. This course gives the student the fundamental knowledge needed to document and troubleshoot a PC. Prerequisite: CIS 1033 (PC Hardware Repair I) and CIS 2034 (PC Hardware Repair II).
