Introduces students to electricity and power distribution in industrial and residential environments; industrial and residential wiring methods; single and three-phase service panels; and single and three-phase transformers. Includes an introduction to the National Electric Code (NEC) and code requirements for residential and industrial environments. Prerequisites: IDT 1114 (Introduction to Electronics). Fall only.
