The second course of a two-semester sequence. Covers the structure and functions of the following systems: special senses, endocrine, circulatory, lymphatic, immune, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive. Nutrition and metabolism are also covered. Prerequisite: BIO 2003/2001 (Anatomy and Physiology I) with C or better or permission of instructor. A grade of C or better in PRE 0303 (Reading Improvement); or enhanced ACT reading sub score of 19; or ASSET score of 43 or above in reading.
