3 Credits Includes information about artistic materials, how to make them, how to use them, their health risks, and how to mitigate health risks. Students will also explore avenues of making a living as an artist and related skills such as preparation of art for presentation, presentation techniques, and portfolio development. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 4 hours. Prerequisites: Six hours of art classes, including at least one studio class.
