1 Credit This one credit hour course is designed to help the Allied health Professional improve his/her efficiency and increase his/her clinical expertise. Within this course, participants will learn to find resources on the Internet about patient care. The student will explore the uses of electronic mailing lists (listservs) to correspond with staff or individuals who have a particular interest in treatments for specific diagnosis. Each participant will develop a web page using the web page editor on a subject which pertains to his/her clinical field of practice. This course will be hands on with a computer available for each participant. Students will have class time to work on projects; however, outside time may be required. Lecture 1 hour. No Laboratory.
