Prerequisite: None This is the second half of the introduction to real estate. Subjects included are a review of the law of agency, listing agreements and the law of contracts. Additional subjects are financing, leases, property management, appraisal, land use, subdividing, fair housing, ethical practices and closing statements. Also included is a study of the appropriate Nevada Revised Statutes and their Administrative Codes. Successful completion of RE 101 and RE 103 along with the passage of the Nevada Real Estate Exam qualifies one to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Nevada. This course may be taken for personal interest, for a degree and/or for pre-licensing.
