Prerequisite: Must be admitted to the Veterinary Technician Program. The course includes information in hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis and microbiology. The student will learn collection, handling, and transporting of biological samples. Student's will learn laboratory procedures to assist in the diagnostic process. Two hours of lecture and six hours of lab per week.
