Prerequisite: None The purpose of this course is to give each participant a superior knowledge of persuasive communication techniques in a business setting. Intensive study of body language, personality types, learning/communication styles and neuro-linguistic programming are included. Students will practice reading and interpreting body language. Furthermore, each participant will be trained how to determine and react to different personality types and neuro-linguistic styles. The importance of using diverse communication styles and techniques with different cultures is covered. Students will be required to speak in front of the class and do a sales presentation. Participants will gain a sense of self-confidence and assertiveness.
