Prerequisite: None Designed to develop an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of personnel at the mid-management level. Areas covered include: employee needs, human relations, orienting and training employees, benefit programs and economics of supervision. All MGT 283 students must take the English assessment test before enrolling. Students must bring their assessment report to the first class meeting. Attendance beyond the first class is subject to instructor approval.
