Prerequisite: EMS 165B. This course is designed to provide the student in the paramedic program the opportunity to apply the cognitive knowledge and psychomotor skills gained in the classroom and hospital settings. Application will be in the prehospital (field) environment supervised by an assigned preceptor. Emphasis will be placed on patient assessment and management in the field.
