Prerequisite: ET 132B (formerly ET 114B). This course is a study of modern electronic devices including diodes, BJT transistors, JFETs, MOSFETs, thyristors and associated electronic circuits. Also covered are small signal and power amplifiers with CE, CB, CC, feedback principles, electronic power supplies and related circuitry. Instruction includes: classroom discussion, hands-on lab activities, and computer-assisted instruction (CAI).
