Prerequisite: CIT 130. This course builds upon the foundation constructed in Beginning JAVA. Since JAVA works behind the scenes to power Internet applications, this class will focus more heavily upon application development with an emphasis on client-side and server-side techniques. Example topics include, but are not limited to, Swing, Collections, Multimedia, Networking, JDBC, Servlets and JSP, JavaBean and XML.
