Prerequisite: Recommended prerequisite: CIT 211. This course is intended for new-to-product support professionals who will be responsible for installing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server products and for those who are on the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification tracks. It provides the knowledge and skills necessary to install and configure Windows Server products to create file, print and terminal servers.
