Prerequisite: AUTO 111B or instructor permission.. This course introduces the student to the basic fundamentals of diagnosis and repair of the engines fuel and ignition systems. The student will learn the skills needed to test and diagnose the mechanical condition of the engine. Basic ignition systems to the latest technology for ignition systems will be covered. Special test equipment will be used for diagnosis of the failed ignition circuits and components.
