Prerequisite: Qualifying Accuplacer, ACT/SAT test results. If scores are below the minimum required, it is recommended that the student take ENG 081C , Basic Skills in Reading (formerly ENG 081) as a pre/co requisite to BUS 16. This course in practical business English includes principles of grammar, punctuation, and word usage, paragraph development and formatting of basic business correspondence. The English language is constantly changing and this course will reflect leading-edge practices in use in the business community.
