A study in the theory and practice of interpersonal communication within a variety of contexts. This course is designed to promote an awareness and understanding of how human communication processes impact perception, understanding and the assignment of meaning. Students will explore and particpate in principles of self-realization, behavioral communication, effective listening, conflict management, climates, and gender and cultural implications on communication.
