Serious, careful and thoughtful consideration of various world food production and distribution and its relations to societal advancements in developed and developing nations. Analyzing ethical issues and recognizing conflicts in a variety of contexts, students study multiple human perspectives, understand the impacts and values on the individual and on society, and learn to make informed decisions through identifying personal values.
