(2 cr.) Prepares the student in the theory and application of the following: medical incident command, rescue awareness and operations, hazardous materials incidents, and crime scene awareness. (Conforms to the current Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services curriculum for EMT-Paramedics.) Lecture: 1 hour per week. Lab: 2 hours per week. Total 3 hours per week.
