This course is designed to provide knowledge and skills to meet the needs of most emergency situations. It incorporates personal safety and accident prevention information. The students will learn safety and first aid practices as prescribed in the American Red Cross standard course. Oral and written reports as well as objective tests will be given to determine the student's command of the subject matter. Three hours of lecture per week. Credit, three semester hours
