Co-requisite: BIO 2421. This course is designed to continue the study of basic skills for pre-professionals in the biological sciences. The students will gain an appreciation of the classification, morphology, physiology, anatomy, and ecology of the major vertebrate taxa. Practical application of the principles will be discussed on occasion. Student evaluations are based on unit exams, assignments, and a comprehensive final exam. Three hours of lecture per week.
