Prerequisite: BAD 2713 or BAD 2723. This course is designed to prepare candidates for their salespersons' and brokers' licensing examinations. Upon successful completion of thecourse, the student will demonstrate knowledge of innovative financing devices, changes in the financial market, governmental controls, the money supply, local and national markets, notes and mortgages, deeds of trust, the Federal Reserve System, and other subjects for the real estate investor. To meet this objective, students will be tested weekly in the manner of the state real estate examinations. Three hours of lecture per week. Credit, three semester hours
