Prerequisite: BAD 2713 or BAD 2723. This course is designed to prepare candidates for their salespersons' and brokers' licensing examinations. Upon successful completion of thecourse, the student will demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of methods of real estate appraisal through practical approaches to current architectural trends and construction standards.
