This course is designed to prepare candidates for their salespersons' and brokers' licensingexaminations. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will demonstrate knowledge of the basic rules of real estate law as they apply to real property, easements, zoning regulations, contracts, transferring title, recording, and federal laws affecting real estate. To meet this objective, students will be tested weekly in the manner of the state real estate examinations. Three hours of lecture per week. Credit, three semester hours
