Hours: 3 Course ID: 004629 Introduces practical approach to managing essential resources, people, and deadlines, and real-world challenges required to bring any project in on time, on target, and on budget. Covers skills and concepts of essential project management processes, defining requirements, schedules, risk management assessment, change control, and project management software applications. Provides students with a practical approach to developing projects with opportunities to apply skills and elements by completing activities based upon real-time projects and case studies.
