Hours: 6 Course ID: 005437 Focuses on the comprehensive assessment of individuals throughout the lifespan. Employs the nursing process in care for clients with complex health care needs. Applies the knowledge acquired in NIP 205: Pathophysiology for Nursing Practice. Prerequisite: Completion with a grade of C or better in NIP 120, NIP 125, and NIP 130 OR successful completion of a Practical Nursing curriculum. Students must have Basic Life Support certification, current liability insurance coverage and current immunizations for the duration of the course. Corequisite: NIP 205, MT 150.
