2 lab hours This 30-hour course will make science assessable through the application of nutrition and physiological principles. Biological and physiological principles will come alive as digestion, absorption, metabolism, nutrition assessment and the relation of nutrition to health are studied and applied. Students will use this new information in their everyday lives as they become more knowledgeable consumers of both nutrients and nutrition information.
