This course consists of a 110-hour field experience conducted off-campus in a health care or food service facility. The field experience is conducted under the direct supervision of a registered dietitian. The training consists of four components: medical nutrition therapy, management of food services, sanitation, and human resources management. Individual schedules will be determined.
