This course is a captain's license preparatory guide for all those desiring to sit for the master and mate operator licenses up to 100 gross (six and above passenger licenses). It includes international and inland rules of the road, general navigation, deck general safety, coast guard rules and regulations for inspected vessels, sail and auxiliary sail, and practical chart navigation. Prerequisite(s): ADV115 and ADV121 or instructor permission.
