Description:

This course will cover rhythmic and step aerobic techniques. Students will An introduction to Kendo, or Japanese fencing, requires rules, basic techniques, and customs and courtesies of Kendo be learned. The first three Nihon Kendo Kata will also be taught. Students are expected to learn proper care and use of kendo equipment and clothing. Students successfully completing the course will have begun learning the U.S. Kendo Federation requirements for the rank of first kyu.
