This course introduces the student to the fundamental concepts of the Marine Corps in relation to its structure and organization, as well as the common weapon systems of the service and how they relate to its warfighting doctrine. This course is meant to help prepare the Marine option student for further courses in Evolution of Warfare, Amphibious Warfare, and Leadership and Ethics.
