Prerequisite: CHEM 3310K This course is an introduction to the practice of modern environmental chemistry. Topics include pollutants in water, soil, and the atmosphere; equilibria in aqueous systems; experimental methods in environmental analyses; toxicological chemistry; and current environmental problems. The laboratory will consist of EPA-approved methods of analyses. Same as CHEM 4920.
