Prerequisite: SPED 2706 This class is designed for those students planning to enter the educational setting and teach special populations of students. The art curriculum in this course will be presented as a child-centered approach to art education, which has as a primary goal the enhancement of the child's self esteem. Lessons are, therefore, presented as confi dence builders that are designed to improve the general awareness and self-concept of the challenged student.
