Prerequisite: RNSG 2535, RNSG 2660, and RNSG 2161 Corequisite: RNSG 2414, RNSG 2562 Introduction to selected concepts related to the role of the professional nurse as provider of care, coordinator of care, and member of the profession. Review of trends and issues impacting nursing and health care today and in the future. Topics include knowledge, judgment, skills, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. This course lends itself to an integrated approach.
