Credits: 2 Wkly hrs: 2 hours Lecture This course is designed to introduce the student to the Nurse/Client relationship, principles of communication and interviewing, assertiveness, and stress and adaptation. Prerequisite: Admission to the Nursing Program; successful completion of or concurrent enrollment in NURSE 110, 140, 144, 146, 151, 152, 154, and 156. A grade of 2.7 or higher is required for continuation in the Nursing Program.
