Prerequisites:none Corequisites: None This course is designed to develop cardio respiratory fitness, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition through the use of combined kickboxing and aerobic activity. Hand weight, jump ropes and traditional floor work routines will be included in regular circuit, and interval workouts.
